Overwatch Amoroso LLC is a joint venture between S.J. Amoroso Construction Co., LLC, and Overwatch Construction Management. Developed to perform general construction services for federal, state, and local government agencies, O|A combines Amoroso’s 80+ years as one of California’s premier pure builders with Overwatch’s expertise in construction management, cost, time, and quality services.

The relationship between Overwatch and Amoroso is well-established, having collaborated on projects for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Recognizing that our values aligned, O|A was established in 2022.
